These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and travel arrangements made with Salama Africa. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. A detailed inclusions/exclusions breakdown is provided with every proposal.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal liability, is mandatory for all Salama Africa guests. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and health clearances required for their destination. Salama Africa is not responsible for health complications arising from failure to obtain required or recommended vaccinations.
Salama Africa acts as a tour operator and is not liable for acts of third parties (including airlines, lodges, and transport providers), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We carry full professional liability insurance.
